The Ascent runs ninety days. Weekly sessions provide a consistent structure for working through what is happening in real time. The work is not front-loaded into an intensive and then left to the founder to implement alone. It stays close to the actual conditions the founder is operating inside.

The engagement covers how the founder thinks, decides, communicates, and leads. Over ninety days, patterns that are no longer serving them are identified and addressed. What needs to be built is built steadily, with enough time for it to actually take hold.
